Marijuana legalization coming in Texas?

According to a survey, two-thirds of Texans approve legalizing marijuana for recreational use by adults 21 and up. 81% say possession of small amounts should be punishable by a citation and fine. Kevin Caldwell with the Marijuana Policy Project joins us to talk about what is holding up the process of legalizing Mary Jane in Texas.
