Minnesota House Plans Vote to Legalize Recreational Marijuana

Legalization
If passed, a bill to legalize recreational marijuana in Minnesota would establish an Office of Cannabis Management that regulates the cannabis marketplace. Supporters say the office would address concerns around youth access, public health and road safety–along with providing tax revenue for the state. Opponents say the legislation is flawed and want the legal age to be 25, not 21.
