Cannabis Infused Candied Croissant Sandwich | Fast Lunch Recipe | Herbistry420
Have been wanting to make this sandwich for a while. I went to the store, but couldn’t find burrata cheese, so I decided to substitute it with mascarpone. There are a lot of options in making this sandwich, you could add a balsamic glaze, some greens like Arugula, spices… really the options are only limited to your imagination. One way I may make this sandwich in the future is with Mascarpone Cheese and Strawberries with a honey drizzle.

Mozzarella Balls / Pearls
Fresh Basil
Salt & Pepper
Balsamic Glaze (or Balsamic Vinegar, but Glaze will go better as it’s sweeter)
Infused Olive Oil (could use another infused oil if it has neutral flavour)
