Sean Keast, a Budtender at 3Fifteen Primo Dispensary, explains what types of products the dispensary offers. 3Fifteen was the first medical cannabis shop to fully open in Columbia. Keast is a Veteran who served for four years in the Navy before moving to Columbia to work at 3Fifteen. His service left him with bad shoulders and arthritis. He uses medical cannabis to help relieve some of the pain, and hopes to educate other Veterans and people about its potential benefits. Medical cannabis was legalized in Missouri after Amendment 2 passed in 2018.
