State of Cannabis in Washington State

Baking
Its been 12 years since Washington State “legalized” cannabis, 12 years later there’s no homegrow rights, delivery, and people are still trying to limit THC percentages and other nonsense.

Within the past month there have been a rash of break-ins on the West side of Washington, a majority of them occurring in the Seattle area. One could have been avoided in the city of Redmond, when a pot shop asked the city for permission to put up concrete bollards. The recent string of robberies include a stolen vehicle used to smash the entrances then the quick grab.

Besides things like SAFE Banking that could possibly help end these robberies, there are many facets of legalization that need to happen for this plant to really be considered legal. Let’s talk about the 12 year old legalization experiment known as Washington State.
