Matt Moore from Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI), Christy Thiems of American Property Casualty Insurance Association and Bill Zielinski from Travelers joined Travelers Institute President Joan Woodward in this intriguing Wednesdays With Woodward® discussion of the latest findings on marijuana use and vehicle crash risk.
