Marijuana farmers Will Knight, Chris Gurr, and Ann Marie Borges recently filed a civil lawsuit in federal court, alleging several law enforcement agencies are behind a conspiracy to steal marijuana, cash, and other valuables during raids on people’s homes and properties. Bigad Shaban reports.
