The South Dakota State legislature is poised to debated the topic of recreational marijuana once again, as a legalization bill was introduced over a week before the annual session even started, as Senate Bill 3. In addition, state lawmakers will be tasked with ironing out the finer details of the already existing medical marijuana program.
