Being that I mostly use regular autoflower seeds I like to start at least 2 or 3 in the final pot. I do this so I don’t have to transplant and can ensure I get a female. I cut the males as soon as they show sex, which can be anywhere from day 12 to day 21. I then choose a female and cut the rest, leaving the chosen one in the pot by herself to mature and grow. I thought I’d share this method with you! Obviously if these were feminized autoflower seeds I would just stick one in the middle.
Another thing I’m doing this time around is germinating directly in the soil. No soaking, no paper towl method… I just stuck them directly in there.
