The parents of 16-year-old medical marijuana patient Genny Barbour have brought a lawsuit requesting that she be allowed to take her noontime dose while at school. The cannabis oil she takes has controlled her seizures for the first time since she was three months old, according to her Roger and Lora Barbour.
