The first-ever shipment of Israeli cannabis seeds for export has left for the United States, the Agriculture Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday, hailing the move as an important step in becoming a global pioneer in the field.
Efforts to organize this “experimental and initial” shipment, which left overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday, have been going on for a year.
