Green Dragon Tincture: A Simple Guide to Cold-Extraction Infusions

Cooking
This episode introduces another foundational infusion in Higher Cooking: Green Dragon tincture.

Unlike butter and oil, this is a liquid cannabis infusion that requires no heat and is perfect for drinks, mocktails, and precise dosing.

You’ll learn why freezing your ingredients matters, how to extract cannabinoids using alcohol, how to reduce plant flavor, how to concentrate your tincture, and how to use tinctures in beverages.

This is one of the easiest infusion methods and a powerful tool for future Higher Cooking recipes.
