During the 2017 National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week’s Chat Day event, Dr. Dave Thomas, from NIDA answers a question from a Rivet High School student in Indiana.

Molly N. asks: “People use marijuana for medical reasons today. How do doctors ensure that the patient won’t be addicted to marijuana, once the patient no longer needs it for medical reason?”
