A new Florida bill could change how patients get their medical marijuana, allowing some to grow the plants within the comfort of their own homes. The bill, filed by Sen. Carlos Guillermo Smith (D-Orlando), would let certain qualified patients grow up to six cannabis plants at their homes for personal consumption.
